Return & Exchange

Return & Exchange policy :

Locus will accept returns and exchanges of purchased products within 2 days after the package is received by the customer.
Products returned must be in the same condition when it was received, i.e. without any damages or dirt, unused, unwashed, and complete with its price tags and packaging.
We will process the return & exchange when we have received the products.
Postage of the returned and exchanged products will be borne by the customer all throughout the process, unless an error occurs in our part.
Product can be exchanged with different sizes or other goods with the same or higher price (with paying the price difference) and with the product stock that is available at the store.
